We will walk you through safety rules prior to and after setup of the bounce house. We will also be glad to point out the unique safety features of our bounce house.

  1. 1. We take your child's safety seriously. Any individual not following the safety rules should be asked to leave the bounce house immediately.
  2. 2. Remove shoes prior to entering the bounce house.
  3. 3. All bouncers must empty their pockets before entering the bounce house. Empire Party Rentals Mass is not responsible for articles lost during operation of the bounce house.
  4. 4. All bouncers must remove eyeglasses, gum, food, candy, beverages, jewelry, and any hard or sharp objects before entering the bounce house.
  5. 5. Absolutely NO flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough housing are allowed in the bounce house.
  6. 6. Do not run and/or bounce against the walls of the bounce house.
  7. 7. Do not bounce any closer than two feet from each other or two feet from the door.
  8. 8. Do not run or jump through the door of the bounce house.
  9. 9. Our bounce house is equipped with a safety entrance. Bouncers must enter and exit the bounce house from a sitting position.
  10. 10. Do not climb or hang from the interior or exterior of the bounce house.
  11. 11. Do not use the bounce house during rain. The jump surface is very slippery when wet.
  12. 12. If anchors come loose during operation, cease operation and call (857)204-7819 or (617)997-8571.
  13. 13. If during operation the wind becomes excessive (15mph), remove all children and deflate the bounce house.
  14. 14. Bouncers should be grouped according to age and size. Ages 3 and up only.
  15. 15. Do not move the bounce house unit unless you have consent by an Empire Party Rentals Mass Representative.
  16. 16. The safety of the children depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required at all times.

Rain/Severe Weather Policy: An Empire Party Rentals Mass representative will contact you to re-confirm your reservation 2 to 3 days prior to your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast. If it is very apparent at that time that your event will be interrupted by rain, you will be given an opportunity to reschedule with a store credit that will be valid for 365 days from the date of your event. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, prior to the delivery of your bounce house. If it starts raining during your event and you insist on proceeding with your event, unfortunately we are not able to offer you the opportunity to reschedule or any type of discounts for future services.

Cancellation Policy: Absolutely no cancellations, should you decide to cancel there will be "NO REFUNDS" under any circumstances.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required within 48hrs of your party date.

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit is required for reservation of our units or services. We accept E-checks and all major credit cards.

Insurance Coverage: Empire Party Rentals Mass offers Insurance for all inflatables for $15.00. Insurance covers all accidental and malicious damage. Insurance "Does Not" cover Theft. Insurance is optional, but please be advised that you as the Renter or Leaser is responsible for all equipment and damages. *Please note* by refusing the Insurance Coverage you are agreeing to accept a damage fee of $150 minimum to the maximum value of the unit.

Security Deposit: Will be returned to customers within 24 – 48hrs after an EPRM representative has inspected your unit for damages or filthiness.


Machine Policy: $25.00 cleaning fee will apply per machine returned unclean. (The above machine policy applies to the popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machine.)

Bounce House Policy: $100.00 cleaning fee will apply per bounce house returned unclean.

Grill Policy: $50.00 cleaning fee will apply per grill returned unclean.

Delivery Policy: All events requiring delivery will be charged a minimum fee of $50. Delivery requires a $100 minimum purchase (before taxes and delivery fee). Deliveries are made between 7:00AM - 1:00PM. Pick-ups are made between 6:00PM - 9:00PM. Any customers requiring special delivery times will be charged an additional fee. Tolls require an additional fee. Any deliveries with special obstacles or unusual circumstances will be charged an additional fee. Please allow up to 2 additional hours for Pick Up. ***** $50 or more delivery fee will apply and $60 or more delivery fee will apply for waterslides***** Deliveries with obstacles such as hills, stairs, walls, over fences and etc. will result in an additional fee.

Customer Pick-up Policy:

1. Every customer must have a pick-up truck, minivan/ cargo van, or full sized SUV for all inflatables under 300 pounds. No combo units or water slides can be picked up by customers.

2. A Valid Massachusetts Drivers License / Passport is required. (If expired will be considered invalid.)

3. $100 Security deposit [Credit / Debit] Card ONLY.

4. A mandatory $15 Insurance Coverage fee will apply for all inflatables. {Insurance covers damages like rips, tears, or holes} Note: Theft or silly string is not covered by insurance and customers will be charged an additional fee depending on the silly string damage or the price of the missing unit.

5. A copy of your Vehicle's Registration is required.

6. All rented items must be returned by 9am sharp the next morning. A late fee for an additional day rental will be added to your balance if you are not on time.

7. All Concession Machines & Grills should be returned clean. If not a $25 cleaning fee per unit will be deducted from your security deposit.

8. All Inflatables should be returned clean to a certain extent. If the Inflatable is returned filthy your $100 deposit will not be refunded.

9. All Inflatables "Rolled" improperly will result in a $50 Re-folding Fee.

10. If customers require EPRM to pick up their order, then the customers will be charge the full delivery charge. And the charge will be deducted from the customer's security deposit.



Normas de Seguridad:

Recorreremos las reglas de seguridad antes y despues de la instalacion de la casa inflable. Tambien estaremos encantados de senalar las caracteristicas de seguridad unicas de nuestra casas inflable.

1. Nos tomamos en serio la seguridad del nino. Cualquier individuo que no sigue las reglas de seguridad deberia pedirse a abandonar inmediatamente la casa inflable.
2. Quite los zapatos antes de entrar en la casa inflable.
3.  Todos los saltantes deben vaciar sus bolsillos antes de entrar en la casa inflable. Empire Party Rentals Mass no es responsable por articulos perdidos durante la operacion de la casa inflable.
4. Los saltantes deben quitar gafas, chicle, comida, dulces, bebidas, joyas y objetos duros o afilados antes de entrar en la casa inflable.
5. Absolutamente SIN tirones, lucha libre u otras formas de juego fuerte son permitidos en la casa inflable.
6. No corra y/o salte contra las paredes de la casa inflable.
7. No salte a menos de dos pies el uno del otro o a dos pies de la puerta.
8. No correr o saltar a traves de la puerta de la casa inflable.
9. Nuestra casa inflable esta equipada con una entrada de seguridad. Los saltantes deben entrar y salir de la casa inflable desde una posicion sentada.
10. No suba o cuelgue del interior o el exterior de la casa inflable.
11. No utilice la casa inflable durante la lluvia. La superficie de salto es muy resbaladiza cuando esta mojada.
12. Si los anclajes se aflojan durante el funcionamiento, deje de funcionar y llame al (617) 436-3518 o (617)997-8571.
13. Si durante la operacion el viento se hace excesivo (15 millas por hora), quite a todos los ninos y desinfle la casa inflable.
14. Los saltantes deben ser agrupados segun edad y tamano. Solo saltantes sobre 3 anos.
15. No se debe mover la casa inflable a menos que haya consentimiento de un representante de Empire Party Rentals Mass.
16. La seguridad de los ninos depende de usted. Su supervision personal es absolutamente necesaria en todo momento.

Politica Sobre la Lluvia/ clima severo:

Un representante de Empire Party Rentals Mass le contactara para volver a confirmar su reservacion 2 o 3 dias antes de su evento. En aquel momento se discutira el proximo boletin meteorologico. Si es muy evidente en ese momento que su evento sera interrumpido por la lluvia, se dara la oportunidad de reprogramar con un credito de tienda que sera valido durante 365 dias a partir de la fecha de su evento. Si el clima es cuestionable en el dia de tu evento, juntos haremos la decision mas segura posible, antes de la entrega de su casa inflable. Si comienza a llover durante su evento e insisten en continuar con su evento, lamentablemente no somos capaces de ofrecerle la oportunidad de cambiar la fecha o cualquier tipo de descuentos para los servicios futuros.

Cancelaciones: Absolutamente ningunas cancelaciones, en caso de que decida cancelar "NO HABRA REEMBOLSOS" bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Politica de deposito: Un deposito de 50% es necesario para la reserva de nuestras unidades / o servicios.  Aceptamos Echecks y tarjetas de credito.

Deposito de seguridad: seran devueltos a los clientes dentro de las 24 - 48 horas despues de que un representante de EPRM ha inspeccionado su unidad de danos o suciedad.


Politica para Maquinas de Concesion: Una Tasa de $25.00 se aplicara por cada maquina devuelta sucia. (La politica anterior de la maquina se aplica a la maquina de palomitas de maiz, copos de nieve y algodon de azucar).

Politica para Casa Inflable: Una Tasa de $100.00 se aplicara por cada casa devuelta sucia.

Politica para Grill: Una Tasa de $50.00 se aplicara por cada Grill devuelto sucio.
