Do you deliver and set up?

Absolutely! Delivery requires a $100 minimum purchase (before taxes and delivery fee). our drivers will deliver and set up each bounce house and ensure that is in clean good working condition. Deliveries are generally made anytime between7AM-1PM, Monday through Saturday. Customers requiring specific time for deliveries or deliveries outside of this window must call the office and will be subject to an additional Delivery Fee. Please call the office for Sunday Delivery Times.

What kind of power is required?

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply a 50ft cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet.

What type of surface can the bounce house be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up a bounce house?

You should have a clear area 2 feet larger than the bounce house you want to rent, with a vertical clearance of 15'-22' EX. If you are getting a 15' x 15' Bounce house, your space should be at least 17' x 17'.

What is your rain policy?

If it is very apparent at that time that your event will be interrupted by rain, you will be given an opportunity to reschedule with a store credit that will be valid for 365 days from the date of your event. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, prior to the delivery of your bounce house. If it starts raining during your event and you insist on proceeding with your event, unfortunately we are not able to offer you the opportunity to reschedule or any type of discounts for future services.

When should I book my event with EPRM?

Rentals are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bounces book up 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve early with a 50% Deposit.

Can I have a tent setup on pavement/asphalt?

Yes, only frame tents can be setup on pavement/asphalt, using concrete weights to secure it (an additional fee may apply)

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, please see our customer pickup policy.

Is there a deposit required to reserve the equipment?

Yes, 50% of your total order.

What if my bounce house or tent gets damaged in my custody?

The renter will be fully responsible for all damages to the rented items. Insurance is available for an additional fee. Please see our insurance policy.

Is all your equipment cleaned?

Yes, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Is EPRM fully insured and licensed by the state of Massachusetts?

Can I cancel my rental?

No. Absolutely no cancellations, should you decide to cancel for any reason other than rain there will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
